Day 5-7: Transfer to Yapahuwa Paradise Ayurveda Resort in Maho for specialized holistic treatments, yoga, and cleansing diets. Day 8: Scenic journey to Anuradhapura Ancient World Heritage City to visit Atamasthana and sacred sights, overnight in Sigiriya. Day 9: Climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress, experience Hiriwadunna village life, and enjoy a Minneriya National Park safari. Day 10: Visit Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, Kandy Lake, and the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic.
