Day 1: Airport welcome and transfer to Negombo Beach (45 mins). Relax on the beach and enjoy a fisherman village night walk. Day 2: Drive to Kandy via Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and Spice Garden. Explore Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens, Kandy Lake, and attend a Kandyan Cultural Dance Show. Day 3: Trek from Kandy into the eastern foothills of the Knuckles Mountain Range to Heeloya village. Hike through pine forests, terraced rice fields, and waterfalls. Overnight sky camping / village homestay. Day 4: Early sunrise trek across pygmy cloud forests from Heeloya to legendary Meemure village at the base of Lakegala Mountain. Experience jungle waterfalls, local village cooking, and return to Kandy. Day 5: Drive 80km to Nuwara Eliya ("Little England") via Ramboda Waterfalls, working tea estates, and Hakgala Botanical Gardens. Day 6: Early morning trek across UNESCO Horton Plains National Park to World's End escarpment and Baker's Falls. Visit Ambewela Dairy Farm and strawberry agro-gardens. Day 7: Proceed to Kitulgala on the Kelani River for level 4 white-water rafting, natural rock pool sliding, and confidence jumps. Evening journey to Adam's Peak (Sri Pada) for overnight stay and night summit hike. Day 8: Descend Adam's Peak after sunrise and transfer to Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) for flight departure.
Warm greeting at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) by representative. Transfer to your hotel in Negombo (45 mins). Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach and enjoy an evening city tour of the local fisherman's village.
Drive inland to hill capital Kandy. Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, Spice Garden, Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens, scenic Kandy Lake, and a Kandyan Cultural Dance Show.
Drive to Heeloya in the Knuckles foothills. 8:00 AM trek with village guides through pine forests, terraced rice paddies, and streams. Enjoy a traditional home-cooked village lunch and river bath before staying at Sky Camp.
Early morning 35km cross-country jungle and pygmy cloud forest trek from Heeloya to remote Meemure village beneath Lakegala Mountain. Experience jungle waterfalls, Sooriya Arana water activities, and return to Kandy.
Drive 80km through winding mountain roads lined with tea plantations. En route visit Ramboda Waterfalls, a working tea factory for tea plucking experience, Hakgala Botanical Gardens, and Seetha Amman Temple.
Early morning excursion to UNESCO World Heritage Horton Plains National Park (2,100m elevation). Trek to World's End cliff escarpment (900m drop) and Baker's Falls. Visit Ambewela Dairy Farm and strawberry agro-shops.
Drive to Kitulgala for level 4 white-water rafting on the Kelani River, natural rock pool sliding, and confidence jumps. Proceed to Adam's Peak (Sri Pada) for an evening ascent (7:00 PM) to witness the sunrise and sacred footprint.
Witness the morning sunrise and shadow phenomenon from Adam's Peak summit. Descend the mountain, return to hotel by 11:00 AM, and take a 6-hour transfer to Colombo Airport (BIA) for departure.
