Refund Policy
At Stelaran Holidays (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to provide excellent travel experiences. Refunds are processed according to the following policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all our travelers.
Cancellation Refunds
The following refund percentages apply based on the total tour cost and the date of cancellation notice:

| 31–60 days before arrival | Deposit is non-refundable |
| 15–30 days before arrival | 75% of total tour cost |
| 08–14 days before arrival | 50% of total tour cost |
| 07 days or less before arrival | No refund |
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain services are subject to specific supplier policies and may be 100% non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date:
- Airline tickets
- Special hotel bookings / Promotional rates
- Event or specific activity tickets
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
No refunds will be issued for unused services (such as meals, transport, or accommodation) after the tour has commenced.
